JR. TALLY CONSULTANT

• Description : Tally Software Training / Troubleshooting of Tally Problems
• Job Description :
            • The job profile includes providing telephonic support and the support through Remote Desktop on the operational problems of Tally.ERP9 and TallyPrime software.
            • The candidate should be well versed with Tally.ERP9 / TallyPrime software with adequate knowledge of accounting and taxation.
            • He / She is supposed to handle the customer queries related to Tally software to ensure the customer satisfaction.
            • Good knowledge on Inventory Control and / or the prior experience on Tally training will be a distinct advantage.
• Location : Mumbai

WINDOWS SERVER ADMINISTRATOR

• Description : 

  Providing support to clients for their operational problems about TS Plus and Cloud.

• Job Description :
            • The candidate is expected to handle Windows Sever Management / VM Management, Security tools settings, RDP configurations etc.
            • The primary tasks include installation and trouble-shooting of the Remote Access tool - TS Plus which is an alternative for Microsoft RDS and Citrix.
• Candidate Profile :
            • The Job-profile consists of Handling the customer support on Cloud / Windows Server Installation, configuration, management of backup & security tools such as Acronis, Firewall solutions etc.
            • The candidate having prior experience of managing Windows Server 2012/16/19 with VM installations, VM Management will be given preference.
            • Candidates having Hands-on experience on VMware or similar VM Management Tools will have advantage.
